Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Shipment

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may initiate a return request after receiving the product, subject to our return eligibility conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Damaged products caused by customer misuse

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers can request size exchange for eligible products.
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided at our discretion.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • After verification, we will arrange replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to our return address unless reverse pickup is available.
  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
